Government procurement
What a buyer can read today.
Educational readiness. Human review remains required.
There is no measured pilot on this website. Buyers can read the capability statement and the security page.
Fast track
Four moves. Then a bounded evaluation.
01 · Discovery
Confirm the evidence-defect problem, the human-in-command constraint, and whether a pilot is even the right instrument.
02 · Security review
Security and accountability a buyer can review. Alignment is not an authorization to operate.
03 · Capability package
Capability statement. SAM.gov registration is current. Identifiers stay on SAM.gov.
04 · No measured pilot
No outcome numbers are published. Do not treat a future evaluation as a current result.
What a buyer can inspect
Governance before automation.
Nothing in this section is an authority to operate, a FedRAMP authorization, a HIPAA certification, or a statement that a production VA system is deployed.
Governance
Assisted outputs are advisory. Adjudication authority is not delegated to software.
Explainability
Public results explain an educational score from answers. Black-box rating prediction is out of scope.
Traceability
A later review can see that important steps happened. That is accountability, not an authorization.
Human review
Official determinations stay with VA, accredited representatives, and clinicians. Human review is not optional in the design.
Security architecture
Security is designed for sensitive veteran information and for human review. Federal alignment is in progress — not an authorization. Health-privacy readiness is not a certification.
Procurement checklist
Vendor status
Registered on SAM.gov. UEI, CAGE, and NAICS live on SAM.gov — not restated here to avoid transcription error.
Leave-behind
Capability statement PDF plus this procurement sequence. Proprietary scoring internals are not published.
Security language
Designed with security and governance principles. Not a FedRAMP authorization and not a HIPAA certification.
