Straight answers
What VBB is — and is not.
Short answers by audience. No slogans in place of the actual limit.
Veterans
Open this pathDo you file VA claims?
No. Vet Battle Buddy does not file, prosecute, or submit claims. It is an evidence-readiness check so a veteran or accredited representative can see what is typically still missing. Official filing stays with the veteran and an accredited VSO, claims agent, or attorney.
What is the Claim Readiness Assessment?
A 10-question educational check of evidence preparedness. It produces an Evidence Readiness Score, an Evidence Gap Heat Map, and a Mission Brief. It does not predict approval, estimate a rating, file a claim, or replace an accredited representative.
Do I need an account to see my Heat Map?
No. Score, Heat Map, and Mission Brief appear first. Email is only if you want the detailed report.
Is this ChatGPT for veterans?
No. The public Evidence Gate is a structured checklist against a public evidence pack, with an optional short explanation. It is evidence-gated, limited, and educational. It is not a general chatbot, not live claims AI, and not a system that invents missing records.
Is this medical or legal advice?
No. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, rates, or represents a veteran. It does not replace a clinician, an accredited representative, or the adjudicator. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, then press 1.
VSOs
Open this pathDoes VBB replace accredited representatives?
No. VBB does not file, prosecute, or rate a claim. Accredited representatives still counsel, still file, and still own professional judgment under 38 U.S.C. § 5902 / § 5904.
What does a veteran bring to intake?
A Heat Map and Mission Brief from the free Claim Readiness Assessment — named gaps, not a pile of unsorted documents. It is educational documentation-readiness, not a rating predictor.
Will you harvest veteran records?
The public assessment does not require document upload. Do not submit medical files, DD-214s, or SSNs on this website. We do not harvest veteran records for training by default.
Government
Open this pathAre you FedRAMP authorized?
Not yet. VBB is registered on SAM.gov. FedRAMP Moderate alignment is in progress. HIPAA-ready controls and an Azure Government design are architecture and readiness — not a completed authorization to operate, not covered-entity certification, and not a WCAG 2.1 AA full-conformance claim.
What does a 90-day pilot look like?
A bounded evaluation with named measures: Evidence First-Pass Yield, missing evidence detected before submission, retrieval time, avoidable development actions, evidence-related rework, traceability, and human-override rate. Results are published only when they are independently defensible. We do not invent outcomes in advance.
Do you replace the adjudicator?
No. VBB does not replace the adjudicator. It improves what reaches the adjudicator. Humans stay in command of official determinations.
Where are UEI and CAGE?
On SAM.gov. They are not restated here to avoid transcription error.
Investors
Open this pathWhat is VBB selling?
You are not buying AI. You are buying decision-ready evidence. The commercial core is Evidence First-Pass Yield™ — not claims filing and not a chatbot.
Where is the published ROI?
Not on the public site. We do not invent dollar savings or case studies. Reserved proof slots on /results fill when a bounded evaluation can be independently defended.
How do you go to market?
90-day bounded pilots with named measures. Expansion is earned, not assumed. Diligence conversations start from /investors.
Trust
Open this pathWhere is the Trust Center?
At /trust. The URL /trust-center redirects there so procurement and auditor bookmarks do not 404.
Is this HIPAA certified?
No. HIPAA-ready controls are architecture and readiness — not covered-entity certification.
Do you have a SOC 2 badge?
SOC 2 is not a public claim on this site. We do not display compliance badges we have not earned.
