Effective August 31, 2026. Version 3.0. This public website does not collect health records, claim files, or Social Security numbers.

Vet Battle Buddy LLC operates https://www.vetbattlebuddy.ai. The public pages describe the company and offer an educational Evidence Gate. They are not a production claims system and not a patient portal.

What this site collects. If you request a pilot or mission updates, we receive the name, work email, organization, role, phone number, and message you submit. That request is emailed to thtobey@vetbattlebuddy.ai. We use a form processor (FormSubmit) to deliver it. A hidden honeypot field is used only to discard bots.

What this site does not collect. Do not upload medical records, DD-214s, VA file numbers, or other sensitive documents here. The Evidence Gate stores checklist marks in your browser only for that session. We do not sell personal information. We do not use this site to file a VA claim.

Production systems. Customer and veteran systems are designed for Azure Government, with encryption in transit and at rest, and HIPAA-ready controls. That is architecture and readiness — not a statement that VBB is currently a HIPAA covered entity, and not a completed FedRAMP authorization.

Claim Readiness Assessment. Completing the 10-question check does not require an account or a document upload. Marks stay in your browser until you ask for a detailed report. If you request a report, we store first name, email, the answers you marked, the server-computed educational score, and your consent choices. We do not collect Social Security numbers, VA file numbers, DD-214s, medical-record files, or a disability rating. Answers are not sent to an LLM by default.

Consent and deletion. Required consents cover educational processing and the Privacy Notice. Marketing email is optional and off by default. To request deletion of a stored assessment or lead, email thtobey@vetbattlebuddy.ai from the same address used in the request. We verify ownership before deletion. There is no public delete-by-email URL.
